Im Chad Aultman and far back as I can remember I’ve always had a passion for street art. Along my journey in life and marriage to my late wife, who was also an artist, she exposed me to creating on canvas. After having children, we both took a hiatus from creating to focus on our family. After her passing, my hiatus continued until one day this overwhelming vision came into my head and I had to put it on canvas. I haven't stop creating ever since and for that, I will forever be grateful.
It all began with spray paint and I feel that part of me will never go away. I have evolved as an artist so much over such a short time and have fallen in love with depth and textures. I love mixing unconventional things into my paint to create things that surprise even me. I use a variety of things now as mediums. Acrylics, spray paint, string, plaster, putty, resin, just to name a few.
I use both the pain as well as the beauty of my life's journey to express and flow into my canvases and murals. I always paint listening to music and I rarely ever use paint brushes. I am pretty unconventional and have used many things you wouldn't expect from plastic shopping bags to disposable cups to paint with.
I proudly support our community. If you or anyone you know has a cause that needs support please reach out. It would be an honor to donate something to raise awareness and support the causes you believe in.
